ANTISALTPETER contains a special additive that prevents the appearance of crystals forming efflorescence in walls, caused by the presence of moisture by capillarity. ESTUCOP ANTISALTPETER is used to prevent or repair surfaces where efflorescence exists, applied directly to the original substrate in thickness from 3 mm to 1 cm.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} -->\n<h4>Surface preparation<\/h4>\n<!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Preventive method: ESTUCOP ANTISALPETER should be applied to the original substrate of the wall where it is desired to prevent the appearance of efflorescence by capillarity, such surface must be solid, free of dust, humidity, loose or spoiled paint, oil and badly bonded materials to achieve an adequate adherence (do not add sealant). Apply a layer at 3 mm directly to the substrate and finish the application with CEMENT RENDER 3 in 1.<br \/><br \/>Corrective method: The flattening where efflorescence exists until original substrate is removed (block, brick, rubble masonry) to apply a layer of ESTUCOP SALTPETER at 3 mm thickness and finish the flattening with CEMENT RENDER 3 in 1.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} -->\n<h4>Product preparation<\/h4>\n<!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Pour into a clean container 5.6 litres of clean water per sack of 20 kg and little by little add ESTUCOP ANTISALTPETER, manually stir or with an electric mixer until the product is fully incorporated. Continue stirring until the mixture becomes an evenly paste with the right consistency for its application.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} -->\n<h4>Recommendations<\/h4>\n<!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Use only the amount needed. ESTUCOP ANTISALTPETER hardens after 30 minutes due to its cementitious content. Do not add water after the initial mixture.
