 100% ACRYLIC TRAFFIC PAINT

Description

Paint developed from acrylic copolymer emulsion, ideal for outdoor application. Formulated for quick drying for marking stations, streets, roads, tap drills, road crossings and symbols. To be applied on asphalt or hydraulic concrete. TRAFICOP is an environmentally friendly product, as it does not contain solvents or pigments based on lead or heavy metals.

Uses and applications

TRAFICOP is recommended for signs on roads, lateral or central lines, streets, pedestrian crossings, parking lots as well as to demarcate legends or symbols on the pavement. Dries fast, which helps to quickly perform signalling tasks, having great adherence, flexibility and abrasion resistance.

Surface preparation

The surface must be free of dust, oil and badly bonded materials to achieve an adequate adherence.

Concrete:

On new concrete surfaces, it will be necessary to be given a drying setting time of 30 days before proceeding to paint. It is recommended that these surfaces be washed with a solution of 10% muriatic acid with water, in order to neutralise the alkalinity of the surface and then rinse perfectly and allow to dry.

Product preparation

TRAFICOP must be perfectly mixed manually or with an electric mixer. TRAFICOP is designed to be utilised as it comes, without diluting.

Performance:

2 - 3 sq.m2 per litre (2 hands).
Thisŏ performance varies according to the method of application, shape, texture, substrate state and porosity of the chosen surface.

Precautions

Wash hands with clean water after using, avoid contact with eyes. If this happens, wash with running water for 15 minutes and see a doctor immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
