Uses and applications

Its mineral content and controlled granulometry of its materials allows it to be used as a substitute of the traditional flattening and high quality and beauty finishes. It is waterproof and allows the walls to breathe without causing blisters. It can be applicable on brick walls, block, concrete, panelling, polystyrene among others.

Surface preparation

The surface must be free of dust, oil and badly bonded materials to achieve an adequate adherence.

Product preparation

In a clean container, add 10 litres of clean water for each sack of 40 kg, gradually add CEMENT RENDER 3 in 1. Manually stir or with an electric mixer until the product is fully incorporated.
Continue stirring until the mixture becomes an evenly paste with the right consistency for its application.

Recommendations

Prepare only the amount needed. The product hardens after 30 minutes due to its cementitious content.

1 to 4 litres of PLASTIBOND 1000 can be added to increase the plasticity of the mortar. In smooth surfaces of concrete or polystyrene utilise PLASTICOP 1000 (rough granulometry sealant) as adherent promoter.

Performance

Per sack of 40 kg

As flattening of 1 cm thick, approximately 2 to 2.5 sq.m.
As flattening of 5 mm thick, approximately 4 to 5 sq.m.
As final finish on rustic flattening, approximately 10 sq.m.
