Surface preparation

La superficie deberá estar libre de polvo, grasas y materiales mal adheridos y deberá ser humedecida antes de aplicar el ESTUCOP ELASTIC MONOCOMPONENTE®. Si existiera pintura en la superficie deberá eliminarse mediante un cepillo de alambre, para obtener una adherencia adecuada. Si existiera suciedad en la superficie deberá limpiarse con una solución de ácido muriático al 10%, para después lavar con agua y detergente perfectamente la superficie y nuevamente humedecer con agua limpia el área a tratar

Product preparation

El ESTUCOP ELASTIC MONOCOMPONENTE®, se debe verter el componente B líquido en un recipiente limpio, añadir lentamente bajo agitación mecánica el
powder component.
Stir evenly for a few minutes. After 30 minutes, the mixture can dry and lose its properties.

Recommendations

- Do not use for thick coatings (superior to 2 mm per layer).
- Do not apply in temperatures under 8 ºC.
- Do not add to cement or sand.
- Protect from rain or accidental waterways in the first 24 hours of its placement.

Performance

The performance 1,7 kg/sq.m. at 1 mm thickness will depend on the surface and the application.
