PORTLAND CEMENT-BASED ADHESIVE

Uses and applications

- Installation on fully cured concrete (at least 28 days), cement mortars, cement levelling layers, sand and prefabricated cement panel.
- Marble installation of minimum moisture absorption in medium traffic areas.
- Installation of high, medium and low absorption tiles, ceramic tiles, rustic floor and natural stone on walls and floors of medium traffic areas.

Surface preparation

Before preparing the mix, the surface must be free of dust, humidity, loose or spoiled paint, oil and badly bonded materials to achieve an adequate adherence.

Product preparation

A. Empty into a container 4.5 litres of clean water per sack of 20 kg.
B. Empty GLUE PORCELAIN into the container.
C. Mix evenly creating a pasty consistency.

Recommendations

With the use of the toothed trowel, regularising the thickness of the adhesive layer is achieved and avoids leaving hollow parts between coating and adhesive paste allowing the air to be ejected which would otherwise be trapped, forming bubbles that would reduce the contact surface between the coating and the adhesive.

Precautions

Wash hands with clean water after using, avoid contact with eyes. If this happens, wash with running water for 15 minutes and see a doctor immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
