CEMENT BASED COATING WITH INTEGRATED RESIN

Description

ESTUCOP STRUCTURAL® is a cement based mono-component mortar, fibre-reinforced, additivated with powder acrylic resins and aggregates of selected granulometry, when mixed with water forms a fast-setting thixotropic product with special water retaining additives and selected corrosion inhibitors and aggregates. Can be used indoors and outdoors.

Uses and applications

ESTUCOP STRUCTURAL is utilised on general restoration and repair of structural concrete, reconstruction and substitution of contaminated concrete, restoration of works exposed to inclement weather.
ESTUCOP STRUCTURAL is water repellent and allows the exchange of moisture from the walls without damaging the surface. Ideal for humid environments.
ESTUCOP STRUCTURAL is utilised in the repair of prefabricated structures and covers.
The application can be made with trowel without the need for formwork, and can also be applied by projection. When more than 1 hand is needed of ESTUCOP STRUCTURAL,® it is recommended to leave the surface rough.

Surface preparation

The surface must be free of dust, oil and badly bonded materials. Remove decayed concrete and grouts by grinding and brushing to a healthy and rough surface.

Product preparation

In a clean container pour 4 to 6 litres of water per sack of 20 kg, gradually add ESTUCOP STRUCTURAL.®Manually stir or with an electric mixer until the product is fully incorporated.

Recommendations:

Use only the amount needed. ESTUCOP ANTISALTPETER hardens after 30 minutes due to its cementitious content. Excess of water in the mixture causes a decrease in the quality of the product.
